Ingredients
Raw Corn Flakes : 1 cup
Raw Peanuts : 1/4 cup
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Asafoetida : a pinch
Cashewnuts : 2 tbsps
Curry leaves : 2 tbsps
Salt
Sugar : 1 tsp

Method
Heat oil in a wide pan,
Fry cornflakes ,they take just a few seconds to turn golden brown.
Remove immediately from oil and drain it.
Next fry peanuts,cashew nuts,curry leaves one by one till golden brown.
While they are hot,sprinkle all the spice powder including salt and sugar.
Mix everything well.
Store in an air tight container..

Red chilly powder : 1 tsp
Besan flour : 2 tbsps
Rice flour : 1 tsp
Asafoetida : a pinch
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder : 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/4 tsp

Method
Wash and wipe the ladies fingers and slice them vertically into 4 pieces.
Sprinkle all the spice powders and salt one by one on the sliced vegetable.
Mix everything well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the vegetable till golden brown.
Serve..

Raw mango : 2 nos ( chopped finely)

Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Asafoetida : 1/4 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Gingelly oil : 2 tbsps
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds : 1/4 tsp
Method
In a wide bowl,add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt ,asafoetida and mix everything well.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds ,once the seeds splutter ,remove from fire and add it to the mango mixture.
Mix everything well.
Store it in an air tight container and keep it in refrigerator.
