Mango Poori



Ingredients 

Grated Mango       : 1/4 cup
Wheat flour            : 1  cup 
Chilli powder          : 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder         : 1/2 tsp
Salt
Ghee                     : 1/2 tsp
Oil 


Method

To the flour,add the grated mango,chilli powder,jeerapowder,ghee,salt an mix well.
Add little water at a time and form a stiff dough. 
Keep aside for 15 minutes.
Roll into pooris ,deep fry in hot oil.
Drain on paper towels and serve with your choice of any side dish.

Bread Vada



Ingredients

Bread slices      : 6
Rice flour           : 1 1/2 tbsps
Chopped onion   : 2 tbsps
Chopped ginger  : 11/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly  : 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder (optional )  : 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil


Method

Remove the brown portion from all slices.
Soak the slices in water and squeeze .
Add rice flour,onion,ginger,green chilly,amchoor powder,coriander leaves,curry leaves,salt and mix everything well.
Make lemon sized balls,flatten it , make a hole in the center and deep fry till light brown.
Serve hot ..:)
