Ingredients
Coffee powder : 2 tbsps
Water : 3/4 cup
Milk : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 tsp
Method
Add coffee powder to the upper container of the coffee filter.
Allow water to boil.
Add hot water to the filter and close immediately.
Wait for 5 minutes and allow dicoction to drip in lower container..
Now the decoction is ready to use.
Boil milk.
Pour little decoction in a serving tumbler, add milk and sugar.
Serve hot and frothy...
Beautiful clicks! Nothing can parallel our filter coffee!!! I take kapi only when its filter coffee otherwise, i'm happy with chai :-)
