Ingredients Jaggery : 1 cup
Raw mango : 1/4 cup ( grated)
Raw mango skin : 1 tbsp
Lemon skin : 1/2 tsp ( grated)
Dry ginger powder : 1/2 tsp
Cardamom : 1/2 tsp ( crushed)
Water : 2 cups
Method
Dissolve the grated jaggery in water and filter it.
Add dry ginger powder, cardamom , lemon skin , grated mangoes ,grated mango skin with jaggery water and mix well.
Serve chilled.
Very innovative to use mango peels and lemon zest! I love Panakam :) never tried it this way, will try ur version sometime :)
