Ingredients
Yellow Pumpkin - 1 1/2 cup
Boiled rice - 1 cup
Red chillies - 4
Tamarind - 1/2 lemon size
Salt
Method
Soak rice for 3 hours
Grind pumpkin,red chillies ,tamarind first then the rice and add salt.
Make dosas and it will be very tasty..
Serve with coconut chutney.
